What We Do

Pattom Limited

We provide support to people in their own homes and out in the community. We take a person-centred approach where the needs and desires of the person using the service are at the centre of their individual care plan. We only provide visits that are a minimum of one hour, we believe that it is essential that the people using our service do not feel rushed or under time pressures during our visits. Our aim is to assist everybody that uses our service to be as independent as possible, we want to work with the people that use our service to improve their life skills in order to improve their quality of life. We are happy to support in a number of ways including but not exclusive to responding to mail, shopping, meal preparation, domestic chores, accessing the community, taking part in activities, attending groups, attending day centres, swimming, attending appointments, seeking employment, maintaining employment, visiting family and friends etc.
